Robert A. (Tad) Drean

Robert (Tad) Drean concentrates his practice in the areas of trust, probate and guardianship litigation, as well as administration. He assists clients in early case resolution, the initiation of lawsuits, the discovery process, evidentiary hearings, trial, and if necessary, appeal. Drawing on his abilities to listen, articulate, think objectively and subjectively, as well as apply reason and rationality in the arena of litigation, Tad has successfully navigated thousands of clients to positive outcomes in difficult situations. He currently lives in Sarasota and concentrates his free time on raising his two young children.
