MARCH 22, 2024 – The law firm of Icard, Merrill, Cullis, Timm, Furen, and Ginsburg, P.A., is pleased to announce that Tyson J. Pulsifer has joined the firm as a member in the Lakewood Ranch and downtown Sarasota offices. Mr. Pulsifer graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law and has practiced in the Tampa Bay, Florida area for more than 10 years. He has experience representing condominium owners, homeowners and timeshare associations across the state Florida in general corporate governance matters and litigation, including easement disputes, covenant interpretation and enforcement, as well as election disputes.
Mr. Pulsifer has also represented individuals and businesses in contract, landlord/tenant and real estate matters and is experienced in representing consumers and entities in the timeshare industry, including litigating claims on an individual and class basis under state and federal debt collection laws, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Florida Vacation Plan, and Timesharing Act. Tyson grew up in Sarasota and currently resides in Lakewood Ranch with his wife and daughter.
