SARASOTA, FL – Richard Webb, attorney with the law firm of Icard, Merrill, Cullis, Timm, Furen, and Ginsburg, P.A., is retiring. Richard’s accomplishments are substantial: he served as a director of the firm for many years, as former Chair of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee, and as Chair of the Suncoast Mental Health Center, Inc. Board of Directors. He was also a Director of the Sarasota County Chamber of Commerce (2012-2020), chair of its Audit Committee, as well as an Executive Committee Member (2012-2020). He also served as Legal Counsel (2012-2015) to The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art (1987-2002).
Richard Webb concentrated his law practice in the areas of real estate, business, and manufactured housing; handling purchases, sales, and financing transactions related to commercial real estate, including manufactured housing communities, office, retail, self-storage, hotel, other commercial projects and residential development. Dick also assisted clients with many operational issues as they arose.
