MARCH 20, 2024 – The law firm of Icard, Merrill, Cullis, Timm, Furen, and Ginsburg, P.A., is pleased to announce that Curtis D. Hamlin has joined the firm in an Of Counsel position in the downtown Sarasota office. Mr. Hamlin is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a Real Estate Lawyer and is also Board Certified in Condominium and Planned Land Development Law. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Community Association Law representing associations and their unit owner controlled Boards of Directors, as well as in Real Estate Development, including residential and commercial projects, with a specific emphasis on Affordable Housing Development.
Curtis graduated from University of Florida’s College of Law in Gainesville, Florida with Honors and from University of South Florida with Honors. He is a member of The Florida Bar, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and is active in the Condominium and Planned Development Committee of the Section.
The firm currently employs over 100 people, including attorneys and staff, making it one of the largest law firms in the area and a significant contributor to the Sarasota economy.
