Tyson J. Pulsifer

Raised in Sarasota, Tyson works out of Icard Merrill’s Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota offices and his practice focuses primarily on community association law and civil litigation. He provides general representation to condominium, homeowners and timeshare associations for corporate governance and governing document enforcement.

Tyson also litigates real estate, business and commercial disputes, and has extensive experience representing individuals and corporate clients in the timeshare industry.

Prior to joining Icard Merrill, Tyson was a partner in a law firm based out of St. Petersburg, FL where he primarily represented community associations and businesses in the Tampa Bay area. Tyson lives in Lakewood Ranch with his wife and daughter.
