Richard S. Webb IV

Richard Webb concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate law, business law, and manufactured housing law. He has represented clients in complex real estate and business matters in Florida since 1977, handling a wide range of regulatory and administrative law issues, business formations, transactions, financings, and land use matters.

Dick has notable experience handling purchase, sale, and financing transactions related to all types of commercial real estate, including manufactured housing communities, self-storage facilities, office, retail, hotel, other commercial projects, and assisting clients on operational issues as they arise.

As a companion area to his real estate and business practice, Dick serves as title insurance agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, Old Republic Title Insurance Company, and Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc.
